Clyvro

Privacy Policy

Last updated August 17, 2026

1. What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password (stored securely, never in plain text), and the role you sign up as. Depending on your role, you may add a bio, category, location, portfolio images/videos, service listings, or company details. We also store the messages you send on Clyvro, including any attachments.

2. Payment information

Clyvro does not store your full card or bank account details. Payments and payouts are processed directly by Stripe, and we only retain the transaction references needed to track escrow status (for example, whether a project has been paid for or a payout has been sent).

3. How we use your information

We use your information to operate the marketplace: matching businesses with creators, processing payments, sending you transactional emails (like a new message or hire request), enforcing these terms, and reviewing reports or disputes you or another user raise.

4. Automated message screening

Messages are automatically scanned for shared contact information as part of keeping transactions on-platform. Flagged messages are logged and may be reviewed by Clyvro.

5. Who we share data with

We share data with the service providers that make Clyvro work: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Stripe (payments and payouts), Resend (transactional email), Cloudinary (video hosting), and Vercel (hosting). We don't sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Cookies

Clyvro uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

7. International data transfers

Some of the service providers listed above (including Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, and Resend) may process or store data on servers located outside Singapore. Where this happens, we rely on those providers' own data protection safeguards and take reasonable steps to ensure your data continues to receive a standard of protection consistent with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

8. Data retention and deletion

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Clyvro doesn't yet have a self-service account deletion option — to request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at the address below and we'll process it manually, subject to any records we're required to keep for completed payments.

9. Your rights

You can access and correct most of your information directly by editing your profile. You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion by contacting us. If you're in Singapore, these rights are consistent with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

10. Security and breach notification

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee complete security. If a data breach occurs that's likely to result in significant harm to you, we'll notify affected users and, where required under the PDPA, the Personal Data Protection Commission, without undue delay.

11. Age requirement

Clyvro is intended for users 18 years of age or older, consistent with the ability to hold a Stripe account and enter into paid agreements.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.

13. Contact

Questions about this policy, or requests about your data, can be sent to getclyvro@gmail.com.
