1. What Clyvro is
Clyvro is a marketplace that connects businesses with independent creators (videographers, photographers, and UGC creators) for creative work. Clyvro provides the platform, messaging, escrow payment processing, and dispute resolution — Clyvro is not a party to the creative agreement itself, which is between the business and the creator.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and choose a role — creator or business — that matches how you intend to use Clyvro. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. Payments and fees
Businesses pay for a project up front through Stripe; funds are held in escrow until the deliverable is approved. Clyvro takes a 10% platform fee on completed projects — the creator receives the remaining 90% via a payout to their connected Stripe account. Clyvro does not store your full card or bank details; payment processing is handled directly by Stripe.
4. Revisions and disputes
Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions at the creator's discretion once work is delivered. If those are used and the business is still not satisfied, either side may raise a dispute, which pauses the project and routes it to Clyvro for manual review. Clyvro will resolve the dispute by either releasing payment to the creator or returning the project to the business for further review.
5. Staying on-platform
Messages are automatically screened for shared contact information (phone numbers, emails, external payment handles, and similar). Flagged messages are logged for review. Attempting to move a deal, its payment, or its communication off Clyvro undermines the escrow and dispute protections this agreement is built on, and may result in account suspension.
6. Reviews
Businesses and creators may leave a review of each other after a project is completed. Reviews are double-blind: neither side sees the other's review until both have submitted one, or a fixed period has passed.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to use Clyvro to harass or abuse other users, post fraudulent or misleading listings, impersonate another person or business, upload content you don't have the right to use, or attempt to circumvent Clyvro's fees, escrow, or moderation systems.
8. Content ownership
Creators retain ownership of their work unless otherwise agreed with the business as part of the project scope. By posting a portfolio, service listing, or job listing on Clyvro, you grant Clyvro a license to display that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the marketplace.
9. Termination
Clyvro may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, including for repeated contact-info flags, confirmed reports, or fraudulent activity. You may stop using Clyvro at any time; in-progress projects and any funds already in escrow are handled according to the dispute process above.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Clyvro is provided "as is." Clyvro does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any creative work exchanged between a business and a creator, and is not liable for disputes between users beyond the escrow and dispute-resolution process described above.
11. Changes to these terms
Clyvro may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Clyvro after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
